As a founding client, I take ownership of your back office, which typically includes:

  • Designing and maintaining your billing and accounting flow

  • Creating simple processes for capturing receipts, job data, and payments

  • Cleaning up inconsistencies and breakdowns that affect cash flow

  • Ongoing monthly management to keep things accurate and current

  • Clear visibility into what’s happening financially — without constant follow-up

The goal is not perfection.
The goal is a back office that runs without chaos.

The result is a back office that stays current without constant cleanup or follow-up.

This is not traditional bookkeeping

I’m not just categorizing transactions after the fact.

I build and maintain the system that keeps your books usable — and I do the hands-on work required to keep it that way.

If that means process changes, I make them.
If it means data cleanup, I handle it.
If it means ongoing maintenance, it’s included.
